Peanut sprout is a new type of pollution-free high-grade seedling. A new method of foam box soilless cultivation technology is used to produce peanut buds, which can be produced throughout the year. It does not require the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the production process.
The production technology is introduced as follows:
Cultivation of peanut buds in foam box
1. Variety selection.
For the selection of small-grain peanut varieties, it is necessary to use new varieties of the same year. These varieties are full of grains, uniform in size, high germination rate without damage, and high germination rate.
2. Production site.
Peanut sprout production requires stricter temperature and humidity conditions, and generally does not require light, but requires fresh and smooth air, free living rooms or waste-free space.
In winter, it is necessary to use a greenhouse or plastic greenhouse for preheating.
3. Foam box specifications.
Various types of foam boxes are available. Usually, a box with a length of 60 cm, a width of 40 cm, and a height of 25 cm is required. The bottom of the box is required to be flat and have a drain.
First wash the seeds to remove scorpions, seed coats and impurities floating on the water. Then, it was immersed in warm water at 20 ° C. for 12 to 17 hours and washed once with water.
Put a layer of newspaper on the bottom of the foam box, spread 2 cm thick clean river sand, spread the soaked seeds evenly on the sand surface of the box, and then cover the foam box with black plastic film to keep it warm, moisturized and cool.
It is recommended to keep the temperature in the box at 23 ~ 28 ° C and spray water 2 to 3 times a day.
5. Cultivation management.
Two to three days after sowing, when the seed buds are 1 cm long, all ungerminated kernels are removed.
Peanut sprouts grow at a suitable temperature of 18 to 25 ° C. Water mist should be sprayed in summer, and heat insulation should be strengthened in winter.
During growth, water is sprayed 3 to 4 times a day, and clean well water is suitable. The amount of water sprayed was all wet by the shoots and the substrate was wet.
During cultivation, the interior should remain dim and invisible, otherwise the peanut buds will turn green, affecting the appearance and taste.
In a normal cultivation environment, from sowing to harvesting, it takes 7-8 days in summer and autumn, 8-10 days in winter and spring, 12- when the sprouts are unfolded, the length is 15 cm, no cotyledons are exposed, and no rot stem,
It can be harvested, no smell, no roots.
